Interior 2026 - The Plant Gallery

The Plant Gallery is a fantastic concept restaurant for Bondi.

The produce for this high end dining experience is all served entirely raw and the design proposal called for a unique, clean solution, in a former art gallery, the better to showcase the ingredients served.

We were engaged to facilities the necessary approvals and concept design for our client.  Our proposal utilised a simple range of colours and materials to enhance the existing pressed metal ceiling and dark floor boards.

We also implemented strategies to reduce sound levels as the original interior space was quite loud.

The no-cooking kitchen also presented interesting challenges, as we were required to incorporate items not usually associated with cooking areas, while completely omitting other, like stoves and ovens.
